Therefore, the government responsibility system of social security in ethnic minority areas vulnerable groups can’t be ignored, clear the government’s main body status in the social security, passed a law to strengthen the legitimacy of the government functions and authority, to guarantee the rapid and sound development of economy, to narrow the gap between regions, the gap between urban and rural areas, to stabilize the society in national regions has a great significance. The social security in ethnic areas of research, the purpose is based on our country national condition, exploring combined with the particularity of the social security system in national regions, for our country in2020to complete the construction of the social security system for reference.In this paper, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example, mainly considering the typical in ethnic minority areas in Xinjiang, remote geographical location, traffic inconvenience, located in the northwest frontier of the motherland.
