His concept was developed from the state based on the actual reality of the state as an ideal concept for the future of the state. His realistic view of the state consists of three parts:First, the state is reflected in the nature of authority, rationality, class. Second is the relationship between the state and the government’s performance in the government and the government is only an agent of state power must be limited given the state within a range of two aspects. Third, the relationship between state and society is reflected in the only part of the state and society, followed by the battle between the various social groups bound to cause instability in the state, once again compete for social change aimed at control of the state. His ideal is to design a national view of the main part of the economic equality of the two countries and political democracy.
