Research On The Time Implication And Practical Path Of Marx's Thought Of State Governance

The issue of state governance has become the key to the country's prosperity and national rejuvenation since the reform and opening up and under the impetus of national and social development and transformation.How to effectively manage the country has become a top priority.The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reforms,namely,improving and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,which fully reflects the breakthrough exploration of China's national governance model in the new era.As for the thought of national governance,Marx expounds more about the concepts of national theory,and also expounds the thought of national governance to some extent from the perspective of historical history and dialectics,which is reflected in many of his works.Whether it is the description of the relationship between the state and civil society in the early Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Law(Marx believes that civil society determines that the state is the foundation of state governance),or the thought of state governance on the subject of the people in the French Civil War,which can be seen that Marx's thought of state governance is more based on the essence of the state of the capitalist society and the state governance system.It is based on the state of socialist development.The continuous development and improvement of Marx's state governance thought is gradually formed on the basis of combining social reality.It is a national governance ideology that conforms to the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people,stands on the people's standpoint,and adheres to the dictatorship of the proletariat.These have certain reference significance for China's national governance since the founding of New China.From the founding of New China to the convening of the Nineteenth National Congress,China's national governance is constantly developing,perfecting and innovating.While inheriting Marx's national governance ideology,it gradually forms a socialist development path with Chinese characteristics combined with the status quo of China ' s social development.China's national governance thought is in line with the requirements of the development of the times,which is a summary of the ideological and theoretical system based on the Marxist theory of state governance.It also needs to constantly innovate and improve according to the requirements of social development,and carry out the country from different aspects such as theoretical value,practical significance and effective governance.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,we will establish a“people as the center”concept of state governance,and realize the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity in the new era by constructing a multi-subject governance model and building a socialist core value system.
