A Study On The Effectiveness Of Party Building In Non - Public Ownership Enterprises

With the gradual improvement of the socialist market economy and the fast development of the non-public enterprises in China, the non-public enterprises play a more and more significant role in the national economy and as China’s communist party at the grass-root level and an important object of the construction of the new field. During the process of the construction work of non-public enterprise party, the lack of effectiveness is the difficult problem. It is an inevitable requirement and realistic need to enhance the effectiveness of the non-public enterprise party construction work under healthy development.This paper consists of five parts. Chapter one clears the non-public enterprises’party construction orientation and function, etc. and analyzes the related concepts mainly through the non-public enterprises’party construction related literature materials study and investigation. The Core Propositions of the effectiveness of non-public enterprises’party building work is the correlation between the party and the non-public enterprises.Chapter two analyses the theory of non-public enterprise party construction, the necessity of non-public enterprise party construction, and the validity theory as well. It clarifies the importance and urgency of the non-public enterprise party construction work.In chapter three, from the non-public sector of the enterprises itself and the research of the non-public enterprises party construction development process, I sum up problems arising from the development of non-public enterprises party construction work. With years of efforts, although the non-public enterprises’ party work has made great progress, it still has some problems, such as a lack of institutional guarantee of the party work and a false understanding of the non-public owners. Consequently, the "effectiveness" of the non-public enterprises party construction has been put forward.Chapter four is based on the definition of effectiveness from the perspective of the analysis in economics and psychology, and this paper further puts forward the effectiveness of the non-public enterprises’party construction work to deep theoretical foundation, including the system analysis theory, cost-benefit theory and hierarchy of needs theory. By establishing the non-public enterprises party construction effectiveness evaluation standard, which includes promoting the development of non-public enterprises, maintaining non-public enterprise stability, playing a role of party members (employees), and guiding the healthy growth of non-public owners and guiding the non-public ownership enterprises to fulfill social responsibilities, the five contents are set to measure the effectiveness. At the same time, studying how to promote the model of non-public enterprises party construction effectiveness based on the empirical analysis, with Zhabei Fraternity Party as a sample.Chapter five puts forward the feasible and operational effectiveness of countermeasures and suggestions in the respects of non-public enterprise party building work, perfect institutional construction,enhancing the vitality of innovation, services on the enterprise party building work. But limited to the personal professional level and practical ability, a lot of problems still need to strengthen and improve in the non-public enterprises party building work.
