From Organizational Entry To Functional Improvement:Research On Party Construction In Non-Public Enterprises

With the continuous deepening of the policy of reform and opening up,the non-public economy has become an important part of the socialist market economy,playing an important role in stabilizing growth,promoting innovation,increasing employment,and improving people's livelihood,etc.Especially in the era of the development and growth of non-public enterprises and the continuous increase of employment,the party building work in non-public enterprises affects the political leadership,ideological leadership,masses organization and social appeal of grass-roots party organizations,the role of the Party branches as a fortress,and the expansion and consolidation of the Party's governing foundation.Therefore,how to promote the party building in the non-public sector has become an important issue.Although in recent years,with the party's increasing emphasis on the party building of non-public enterprises,more and more non-public enterprises have established party organizations under the active promotion of party committees and governments at all levels,which leads to the significant improvement of the coverage of party organizations in non-public enterprises and the achievement of non-public party building work,the function of the party organization is still a weak link in the party building of non-public enterprises due to the influence of many factors in subject,process and mechanismSince the party organization of S enterprise was established in 2013,it has actively carried out the party building work and has explored the operation mode of non-public enterprises party organization in practice.This paper researches the party building work of S enterprise in Shanghai based on the use of relevant archives,as well as the research and interviews of the relevant staff and the masses.It is found that the party building work of S enterprise has made some achievements in effectively promoting the development of enterprises and party members,promoting the regional party construction work,and improving the soft power of enterprise culture.However,there are still some problems in the party construction of S enterprise,such as the weakness of party workers team,the inaccurate connecting of party building activities resources,the "rigidity of party building work standard,the lack of innovation in party building activities,the imperfection of assessment,incentive and communication mechanism,which are also typical problems faced by party building work in non-public enterprises In order to facilitate the research,this paper summarizes these issues into three levels subject,process and mechanism.To further improve the function of the party organization,this paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing the path of the party building work in the aspects of subject,process and mechanism,hoping to provide reference for the new era party building work of non-public enterprises.
