Discussion On The Measures To Improve The Recall System Of Defective Products In China

In order to find a set of measures of adapting the needs of economic development of China. Make our country to build a comprehensive, effective, thorough defect product recall law system as soon as possible. In particular, this paper includes the following five parts. The first part introduces the basic theory of product recall system and discusses on the product recall system concept, function, legal nature, principles and the violation of the defective product recall obligation and responsibility and the legal consequences. The second part is the analysis and evaluation of current recall system. The third part is the reflection and discussion on the construction of our country’s product recall system. Through the comparative study on foreign recall system, focus on puting forward some suggestions to complete the legislation procedures and the legal system in our country. Last is the conclusion of this paper.It makes a brief summary of the research of this paper.
