Under The Crisis Management Perspective, Public Security Network Public Opinion Response

As a government department, public security organ is very frequent contact with the people, also it will inevitably suffer the impact and challenge of internet speech under the case of increasing popularity and wide application of the Internet. Based on full understand of the importance of Internet Public Opinions and the necessity of carrying out the study of Internet Public Opinions, this paper is going to clarify the main features of Internet Public Opinions by analyzing the connection and distinction between Internet Public Opinions and Traditional Public Opinions, and to use the theory of crisis management to detail the characteristics of the development of Internet Public Opinions and its evolution trajectory to the crisis under the in-depth analysis of the "Hide and Seek" event, and also point out the inspiration learning from this case to the future daily work of public security organ.By analyzing the main problems in responding the Internet Public Opinions and combined with the developing process of the "Hide and Seek" event, the crisis management of Internet Public Opinions can be divided into four phases:crisis warning phase, crisis initial phase, crisis outbreak phase and crisis subside phase, and to analyze the specific characteristics of different phases of public opinions, public security organ should be involved in the whole process, and take effective response measures to reduce or even avoid the crisis, and dispose the crisis event properly.Public security organ should closely follow and constantly go forward with the development of the times, improve work style and philosophy of law enforcement and have the courage to accept the public supervision by a more open attitude, while maintaining positive communication and liaison with the public media and strengthening the work of making administrative affairs public to win over the people's support, so as to maintain a good image of public security organ and enhance the government's credibility.
