The Construction Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Community Volunteers

Since the nineteen nineties, our modern sense of the volunteer service activity obtained rapid development, which also gained the success attracting people’s attention. The social progress requires the participation of the whole society and efforts. The earliest Chinese volunteer organization is produced in community voluntary service level, accompanied by the development of social, community construction. With the development of the reform and the transformation of the market economy, the position of community volunteer service will be more and more outstanding.It is very meaningful to develop community volunteer service effectively, for example, mobilizing social resources to participate in community construction, improving interpersonal relationship, cleaning community social atmosphere, improving the quality of community residents, developing social care, promoting the construction of spiritual civilization for community and even the whole society.In recent years, the party and the country take volunteer service to socialist ideology and the height of building a harmonious society. The contemporary "citizen society" theory considers voluntary associations as the core elements of civil society. Community volunteers’ group is a important part of volunteer social service system, which is also effective in promoting China’s social work in community development. As a special group, community volunteers’team not only plays a very important role in the community and social development, but also is the important composition of civil society.The volunteer service activities, especially the community voluntary service development, opportunity and challenge coexist. It is no doubt that to build a socialist harmonious society provide important historical opportunity to the rapid development of the community volunteer service. The volunteer service activities in community development and construction have played a positive role, and produced certain effect as well. But some dilemma in development also exists, which cannot be allowed to ignore. This article tries to give some countermeasures and suggestions to the development of the community voluntary service development.
