A Study On The Problem Of The City’s Community Voluntary Service And The Analysis Of Suggestion On Jiangsu Province

Volunteer service has play an important role in the aspect of human history and the socialdevelopment,which is an important social public welfare career.City community volunteer service is an important part of the voluntary service, not onlycatch up the speed of community developing progress, but also observe the code of developinga socialist harmious socity,base on the theory and actual meaning,the study first talk about thetheory results from China and other counties which is mainly about city community voluntaryservice;then,analyse some key words,such as the third department,urban community volunteerorganization,voluntary service and so on,which gives the help of the following study on theresearch object and contents.Then,the author gives the study on city community volunteerservice in Jiangsu province,especially take the community of G as the sample,analyse theadvantages and the results,also the difficults in the progress,such as the shortage of voluntaryspirit,and service sense,the system is unsound,and so on.Besides on the basis on the richtheory,the study give the good sample,that is Canada,England,HongKong andShenZheng,which has important sense for the development of Jiangsu urban communityvoluntary service.In the last part,the author join in the situation of Jiangsu province,and givesthe suggestions in improving the developing of urban community voluntary service,improvingthe voluntary service spirit and sense,instronging the policy development,insuring the role ofpublic government and so on，the author discuss from different aspects,gives the suggestionfor the development of the Jiangsu urban community service.
