A Study On The Inter - Party Communication Between The Communist Party Of China And The African National Congress Of African

Communist Party of China (CPC) and the African National Congress (hereinafterreferred to as "ANC") are important political parties in the world and the meaning oftheir communication is significant. They have very high political status and are ofgreat influence in their respective countries, because the two parties enjoy long-termstability in regards of their ruling position. China and South Africa play importantroles in the world，which are mainly embodied in their extremely strong political andeconomic strength in the international community in recent years. The concretedemonstration of their strength is that the "BRICS" began as a new force on theinternational stage after the global economic crisis. This new situation changed thetraditional global economic development pattern which is reliant on the developedcountries. In terms of development trend of the two countries, they will be playing anincreasingly important role in the changeable international environment and thepotential of a deeper level of cooperation between two countries is still huge.According to traditional diplomatic theory, the government diplomacy betweencountries is the main way to promote national communication, and with the emergingof "political party diplomacy" theory, more and more people think that "political partydiplomacy" is playing an irreplaceable role in promoting relations between countriesthanks to its unique flexibility and practicality. This article is based on thisconsideration, and hopefully we will summarize some useful experience from theanalysis of the relationship development between the CPC and ANC, and we canregard this as a reference so that political party diplomacy runs more smoothly in thefuture. I also believe that the “political party diplomacy” accords with the continuousexpansion and growing diversity of our foreign diplomatic means.
