Research On The System Construction Of The Chinese Communist Party From The Perspective Of Political Adaptability

Party Adaptation is the ability to adapt to the challenge in the political development of political parties, and it is a dynamic process of the development of political parties. Party organizations’ "outside adaptation" and "internal adaptation" constitute the adaptability of party organization. System, as the fundamental, long-term and stability, is the key of achieving political adaptability. Since the establishment of Communist Party of China, it attaches great importance to institution construction, and to achieve external and internal political party adaptability through debugging system continuously. "the Research of Communist Party of China’ System Construction under the Perspective of Party Adaptation" is, from this perspective, the analysis of inherent logical relationship between party adaptation and party system construction, to explore the path of institutional reformation and innovation, so as to realize positive interaction between party adaptation and party system construction.The thesis is divided into two parts, introduction and text, and the text consists of six parts. The introduction discusses the basic connotation, significance and the status of research at home and abroad of party adaptation and party system construction. The first three parts of the text, mainly discuss the basic principles of political parties’ adaptability, the basic theory of party system construction and the internal logic between political party adaptability and system construction. The fourth part sorts out the development process of Communist Party of China’ system construction. Part Ⅴ analyzes the problems and causes of the current Communist Party of China’s construction system. The sixth part, from the perspective of political parties adaptation, proposes to improve the ability of party system construction and enhance the adaptability of the political parties’ designing pathThe thesis,summarizing domestic and foreign academic research in this field and using Political Science,Law, Management and other research methods, mainly analyzes the logical relationship between political party adaptation and system constructions, to seek the path of enhancing adaptability through institutional building.
