Political attribute is the first attribute of a political party,and the core and key to self-construction of a party is political construction.The Communist Party of China is an advanced party.It was process,the distinctive features of the party's political construction of system,engineering,and integration have been continuously highlighted.In the historical process of continuously strengthening forward.Therefore,the proposition of "constructing the institutional system of the party's political construction" is based on historical foundations and practical needs.It is a scientific proposition
