A Study On The Protection Of Rural Women 's Rights And Interests Under The Theory

The reform and opening up policy not only make China open, but also let people get thought liberation. Since the basic state policy of equality between men and women in our country established, discrimination against women has been reduced somewhat, and the status of women has increased. However, in real life, the phenomenon of discrimination against women, abuse of women is still countless. Compared with men, Women are at a disadvantage in many ways, such as labor,employment rights, voting rights, land rights, marriage and family rights and so on. Especially in the countryside, women’s rights are violated seriously. what is worse, family violence against women exists, which does great harm on women’s physical and mental health as well as their whole family.When these basic rights are unable to guarantee, how can we ensure the development of women? What cause all these phenomenon? The main reason is gender inequality, and both men and women lack the gender awareness. Therefore, how to improve the status of women, promote gender equality and let women get more development, is one of the key issues discussed in this paper. Under Morser’s framework, when implementing gender plan, different social gender needs for women should be distinguished.
