Mao Zedong’s thought of legal system is the major part of his ideological system,which has abundented and completed the content.During the China’s long-term process of revolution and construction.It’s inherited,perfected,developed and innovationed.Besides,it encourages Maoism’s scientific system constantly.So,the significance of the legal system thoughts of Mao Zedong is obvious.The 4th session of the 18 th conference has put “legal system construction” to a new level,at the first time,it has put “rule of law” as the conference theme.The conference emphasizes the construction within the party and firmly preventing corruption.There is abundant theory and practical experience in the legal system thoughts of Mao Zedong.Therefore,the research of the legal system thoughts of Mao Zedong has theory and reality.According to the collected documents and researches,the study of the legal system thoughts of Mao Zedong begins at reforming and opening eras.The author uses Cnki,Wan Fang Database and SSReader as searching platforms,takes “the legal thoughts of Mao Zedong”, “the legal system thoughts of Mao Zedong” and “the legal system thoughts of Mao Zedong and the development of Maxizm in China ” as the searching themes.I have collected 36 books, 170 journals,16 dissertations,3conference papers and 3 newspaper.On the basis of the collected documents and researches,the study of the legal system thoughts of Mao Zedong is comprehensive,multi-angle,macroscopic-angle,micro-perspective,comparative-study,literature research and the study of time axis,historical value,practical value.The existing research presenting “a hundred flowers blossom, a hundred schools of thought content.Although there are a lot of researches on the legal system thoughts of Mao Zedong in other ares,the researches has its priority,limits and deficiency.The article’s intention is to summarize the existing researches to describe the summary of researches based on the existing researches,which guides the legal construction socialism.At the same time, on the foundation of the previous researches,I want to find the shortcomings of the existing researches,which could provide the direction to the future researches.
