Since 18 th CPC National Congress, with the deepening of the Party’s mass line educational practice activities carried out, with a focus on solving the " formalism, bureaucratism, hedonism, extravagance" against the four winds activities are developed in full Party from top to bottom. History and reality tell us that our power comes from the people, and only with "serving the people whole-heartedly" as the fundamental purpose of our party in order to secure the people’s lives in peace. Currently, some leading cadres of the party who appeared extravagance problems, not only seriously hurt the feelings of the people, but also shake the party’s base. We must firmly oppose and eradicate extravagance. It can clearly be seen that discussion topics for anti- extravagance, not only related to the party, the state and party cadres, but also with some guidance and practical significance for the development of anti-extravagance actual launch to a certain extent.This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter is introduction, pointing out the significance of this study, domestic and foreign research status, the main content and research methods. Chapter Ⅴ discuss effective operation about anti-extravagance, put forward three suggestions: internalized in heart, strengthen moral education; must externalize the line, strengthen the system; we must pay attention to technical support, use the "data" to expound and prove.
