This is the mainstream,should be fully recognized. At the same time, we must acknowledge that, in face of the World, Nation, Party conditions, the danger of loafing spirit, insufficient ability, separated from people, negative corruption are more sharply placing on our Party. Social climate problem takes repeatability and refractoriness. The bad social climate in economy running, just like subjectivism, utilitarianism, materialism, lust thought and so on, spreading to the political field while impacting on culture and economy. So, govern Formalism, Bureaucratism, Hedonism and Extravagance of the social climate problem, not only related to the ruling foundation and the consolidation of the party, but also in relation to maintain the party’s advanced nature and purity. It takes a long-term development and stability to our country that should face and solve, and the issue is also directly related with the era of Chinese social progress and development.On the basis of clarifying the four related styles, the research object should focus on revealing the formation reasons of the four related styles and aware the underlying relationship between power and rights.
