| With the deepening of reform and opening up to promote private enterprise with unprecedented speed and scale of development and growth, the private economy accounted for the proportion of the national economy is growing. Private enterprises to strengthen and improve Party committees at all levels work gradually included in the agenda, as the work of grass-roots party building an important and urgent task.
