A Probe Into The Strike And Prevention Of Economic Crimes From The Perspective Of Cooperative Public Management

The current Chinese society is undergoing profound and complex changes, with rapideconomic development, social transformation, the profound adjustment of the interest pattern.For a long period of time in the future, numerous factors which breed and induce economiccrimes will abound, and it has been irreversible that economic crimes develop to be themainstream potential criminal offense. Collaborative public management, as a new model ofmodern public administration, represents the current development trend and research approachesof new public management. In the face of social problems like the mounting economic crime,there is no doubt that only a resultant force by the government, social organization and themasses can effectively prevent and control it. Therefore the collaborative striking and preventingto the economic crime can be a model of public management application in practice. Thecollaborative striking and preventing to the economic crime refers to the collaborative andcooperative mechanism for striking and preventing economic crime, established by the economicinvestigation department of public security, together with administrative enforcement agencies,enterprises and social organizations. It is the concrete application of collaborative publicmanagement theory in the field of economic crime prevention.
