The Research On Curbing Economic Crimes From The Perspective Of Collaborative Public Management

In recent years,the high-speed development of China's market economy and profound adjustment of interest pattern have provided a favorable environment for the breeding and induction of economic crimes.In the face of the characteristics of economic crimes in the new situation,actions must be taken to use the advantages of collaborative public management and to work together with administrative law enforcement departments,social organizations and the masses to combat and prevent economic crimes.The prevention and control of economic crimes under cooperative operation can also be a practical example of cooperative public management.This paper focuses on the logical relationship of "problem","cause" and "countermeasures",and applies the methods of literature research,comparative research and questionnaire survey to deduce and expand layer by layer.Firstly,the concepts of economic crime and cooperative public management are defined,and the organizational exchange theory,resource dependence theory'intergovernmental management theory and synergy theory are selected as the theoretical basis of cooperative management in this paper.After to B,A district public security bureau as an example,starts with the current situation of grassroots public security bureau of economic crime and economic crime by the public security bureau in recent five years of data statistics,combined with the questionnaire of grass-roots public security organs were analyzed together with the problems existing in the process of preventing and cracking down on economic crimes and forming reasons,the problem and aimed at the above problems and reasons,on how to optimize the B city area A in the vision of collaborative public management under economic crime prevention against mechanisms put forward the countermeasure and suggestion.
