In many countries, Japan has the most close relations with China, so as to speak, bothgeography, history, culture and other aspects, the ties between the two countries are having, therelations have been arguably one of the most important bilateral relationships in China, but sincemodern times, the neighbors but let us more and more don’t understand. Friendly to each otherbased on mutual understanding, if can deepen mutual understanding between the two countries,would surely be untied to the problems in China and Japan’s relationship, the method ofcontribute to the harmonious development of relations between the two countries. Japan thechange of China’s view is a cognitive process to China, Japan after the cold war with China’snational strength enhanced, the rise of China has caused Japan’s high attention and concern, theexternal factors such as protean configuration of international and Japanese nationalcharacteristic under the influence of Japan’s increasingly negative view of China, hardening onpolicy toward China, the Japanese affinity for China also continues to decline, and Japaneseleaders on the historical problems of mistake more stimulation between China and Japan haveconstantly alienation of affection. So the Japanese Chinese cognition for shaping a positive viewof China, Japan to promote friendly relations between the two countries, the long-termdevelopment, has very important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper is divided into five main parts:The first part, this paper expounds the diplomatic ties between China and Japan sinceJapanese politicians and the public’s view of China. First analyzes the domestic political partiesin the early years of diplomatic ties between China and Japan China view, in the process of thediplomatic ties between China and Japan and the United States and the Soviet union, thedifferent effects of two countries; Second, in China’s view of two former Japanese prime minister,advocating "friendly" between China and Japan are analyzed relations between the two countriesnew direction; Finally, the diplomatic ties between China and Japan since the Japanese publicviews of China were analyzed. After the study of diplomatic ties between China and Japan,Japan’s view of China and the relationship between the two countries development, help to theunderstanding of the change in Japan’s view of China after the cold war.The second part, this paper discusses the Chinese concept of Japanese politics after the coldwar. This part in time order, first of all, analyses the concept of Japanese politics since the end of the cold war China and the Japanese politicians view of China in the new century: on the onehand, regard China as a development opportunity, on the other hand, regard China as a status of"challenge", and focusing on the analysis of former Japanese prime minister, junichiro koizumi,the Chinese view; Finally analyzed the variation characteristics of Japanese politics after the coldwar the Chinese view, namely, diversified and complicated.The other part, discusses the view ofChina after the cold war the Japanese people. After the cold war the Japanese view of Chinathere are two main performance: the first is the understanding of China’s increasingly negative,main causes of this awareness, the contrast of china-japan economic development situation, thespread of the "China threat", anti-japanese sentiment in China and Japan’s political landscapechanges; The second performance is affinity tends to decline in China, the reasons for thiscognitive main ideological factors, cultural level, the mass media and education problems fromfour aspects.The third part, the paper analyzes the after the cold war, the influencing factors onformation of Japan’s view of China. Mainly analyzed post-cold war international system factors,the United States and China’s national strength enhanced the three external factors, and theJapanese island of crisis in national identity, adversity and advocating the strong will to win itthree internal factors influence on Japan’s view of China.The forth part, the paper analyzes the Japanese view of China’s impact on Japan’s Chinastrategy. According to Japan’s view of China after the cold war, for example, in Japan and fromtemperature difference in the field of political phenomenon and the east Asia cooperation process,foreign direct investment in China and the government of China in the field of economicdevelopment aid, the alliance and the Taiwan issue in the field of security that the influence ofthe three levels of strategy in China is analyzed.The fifth part, puts forward the countermeasures of shaping positive views of Japan inChina. Mainly includes four aspects: one is to continue and deepen economic cooperation, thesecond is to promote people-to-people exchanges, the third is to strengthen the supervision andguidance of the media, four is to reform relevant education content between the two countries.
