Sino-Japan relation, which is always one of the most important Chinese bilateral relations, has undergone great frustrations since the beginning of the 21st century. At the same time, with the amazing expansion of the Internet, it has affected Sino-Japan relation greatly, generating both positive and negative effects. While the positive side is apparent, the negative one can't be neglected.This thesis analyzes the influence that the Internet imposes on the international relations and the foreign affairs, and studies what influences the Internet has on the Sino-Japan relation, how the influences are generated and what characteristics they are. Moreover, this thesis offers a detailed example of how the Internet affects the Sino-Japan cooperation on the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Train Project. At the conclusion section , this thesis makes some suggestions on what kind of measures the Chinese government should take to supervise the Internet.
