The Anti-corruption actual achievements and influence are particularly prominent since 18 th national congress of the communist party of China, both centrally and at a provincial level.Through the descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation analysis of the provincial anti-corruption data since 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,it shows that high-risk areas of corruption and individual characteristics of provincial secretary and discipline inspection commission secretary make no difference to anti-corruption efforts. That is to say whether provincial secretary or discipline inspection commission secretary comes from original province or not has nothing to do with anti-corruption efforts.Similarly, the results of the age and replacement of provincial secretary or discipline inspection commission secretary are the same.it shows that high-risk areas of corruption makes no difference to anti-corruption efforts too. However, from the perspective of neo-institutional theory of organizational sociology,on one hand,it is the pressure that comes from the firm determination of anti-corruption of central government and a series of anti-corruption system that has much to do with provincial anti-corruption efforts. On the other hand, the pressure comes from the public opinion and public expect of anti-corruption is another important reason. Moreover,The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and The central inspection group found play guidance and demonstration role on anti-corruption is another significant reason. That is to say,if the current anti-corruption work can be able to persist and really realize the goal of “four not-reduced”,the anti-corruption work can probably form a new normal of institutionalization and normalization.
