In the complex dynamic system ,Julia set is an extremely important fractal set. As Julia graph has complex structure, be rich in content, has peculiar style and always ever-changing, it has been widely appreciated and increasingly in-depth study. Based on Julia set theory, using computer graphics tools ,this article studis methods of the generation of Julia color gradient graphics and its variation, and according to the latitude and longitude spacial-color-mixture theory and digital weaving technology, this article focusing on researching digital weaving method which is used to experss Julia color gradient graph on silk jacquard fabric .The research of this article mainly include the following aspects:1. On the basis of the existing theory, using the mathematical methods such as transformation of parameters, function to research the visual graphics generation and changes in the law which are leaded by the evolution of Julia set mathematical models.Through the development of a new Julia set graphics resources, this article focus on discussing the coloring method, and rule of the generation of julia color gradient graphics. 2. Based on the formation of Julia color gradient graphics ,according to the existing digital weaving technology theory ,this article discuss a method of variables assignment in which the color values assigned to the coloring variables and by controlling the variables, functions, the appropriate parameters,of the mathematical models of Julia set , generate Julia color gradient graphics, and then through the secondary design of the graphics, form jacquard patterns. 3. Rested on principle of building digital fabric libraries ,this article proposes a fabric weave design method which based on swift operation and interative operation of weave matrix to build a specific series of weaving, through computer programming operations, it generation series of weavings which correspond to the color gradient graphics. The purpose is to make the building of fabric library to be quickly and easily. 4. Under this approach, combining with color theory, through the choice of warp and weft , using of electronic jacquard machine, weaving a color gradient fabric that is hue comprehensive, color-rich ,and then after the chromatography-kind image information acquisition and color measurement , establish chromatography weav bank. 5. According to the formation of chromatography tissue bank, and Julia set color gradient graphics jacquard patterns, establishes chain of chromatography weave Library which based on relationship between color gradient fabrics and Julia chromatographic color graphic patterns that correspond the formation of regional organizations, then through electronic jacquard weaving system to weave digital jacquard fabrics with the Julia set color gradient graphics.Above studies have shown that,the method of using digital weaving techniques, to weave silk jacquard fabric that has a color gradient performance and Julia sets graphical features is feasible. Silk jacquard fabric obtained have a unique visual effects,it is art value-added and technology content significantly increased . it is a way to be learn to textile design and development of new exploration.
