Design And Development Of Sichuan Brocade Based On Jacquard CAD System

This article mainly aims at the research of the application of the Jacquard weaving CAD. With the design and development of modern Sichuan brocade products as its mainline, this article researches into the techniques of using the Jacquard weaving CAD and modern production techniques to design new modern Sichuan brocade products. It also makes some research on applying the Jacquard weaving CAD to the holographic weave design and color configuration design. Some factors influence on the color technological effect of Sichuan brocade products are also studied in the article.The article exposits the principle of holographic weave design based on the Jacquard weaving CAD monolayer color simulation techniques and the main influencing factors of color. Through analyzing the pure ground weave design, the ground weave design of the matching of the color of warps and wefts and the expression forms and design of "non-ground weave" Sichuan brocade, the article exposits the design of the double weft color ground weave and the design techniques of color matching. The article discusses the application of Jacquard weaving CAD in monolayer simulation color weaving Sichuan brocade, the design and application of multilayer simulation polychrome holographic weave.Through analyzing the design and development of the tourism cultural products of the color Sichuan brocade, which has the theme of ancient Chinese calligraphy and painting and color scenery, and the cultural products of black-white photographic brocade, the article further exposits the different design features of the varieties of brocade.The article explains the design ideas of high-grade silk bedding articles, the fittings between the design and the production process and the quality, appearance modeling and color matching of high-grade brocade bed clothes. By analyzing the commonly used layout, materials, patterns, color matching and diversified styles, the article explains the patterns and matching design. The article analyzes the choice of pure silk and interleaving materials of bedding articles, the combinatorial design of warps and wefts of silk bedding articles, the specifications of bedding articles, weave configurations and pattern design. This article also introduces the further improvement of the application function of the Warps and Wefts Jacquard CAD.
