The Research Of Token-ring Bus Technology Based On The Ground Test System

The research objective of the LVDS token-ring bus technology based on the test system is to simulate radar echo data and data of the missile flight test to complete the test of recorder function and status. The test system uses a 120 meters long Twisted-pair to realize the control of the working state of the recorder,PC uses the USB interface to communicate with the test system.We use supporting software to send corresponding commands to control the test system, it also can finish the data processing of the telemetry data after the event handling.This paper combines the high-speed transmission of the LVDS,the high efficiency of the token-ring bus,the fair accessing characteristic and so on , it puts forward the physical layer, data link layer and the application layer of the bus agreement and the design of the LVDS token-ring bus transport protocol.This bus is used in a many loads system which has the Characteristics such as high transmission rate,high reliability, good real-time performance etc. The paper expounds on the hardware structure and the functionality of the test system etc in detail. LVDS token-ring bus agreement uses the FPGA as a first logic controller, the logic design of bus communication is realized in FPGA.This paper introduces the realization of the bus system in a several key technology, including the high-speed design of the LVDS,the impedance matching design,the wiring skills,the technology of the data sources processing and so on. It describes the design method of the LVDS's impedance matching, the design of the PCB, the design of data processing application.At present, the bus system has been successfully applied to a storage test system and other some test system project, fully display its superior performance.
