| Vibration is a major problem which impacts the quality of galvanized sheet metal strip production, paper production, plastic tape production.Researchs about the vibration testing is nowadays the focus.In this paper we will discuss a new method of vibration detection based on video.This paper proposes the video image acquisition based on the strip vibration detection program,first the laser generator projects laser spot array on the certain area of the metal strip,then using area array CCD camera to capture the area,vibration of steel will directly reflected in the video image,after further analysis of the video,the vibration amplitude, frequency or vibration shape information will be able to measured.After analyzing the original camera sample and CCD camera control based on timing, etc.,the overall program and the system block diagram is determined,and then combined with ARM processor, embedded Linux operating system and host computer, both hardware and software of the system each module in detail are designed and analyzed,completed the acquisition system hardware design, driver of the preparation and coordination of each module and the entire system design, design and implement front-end collection of the hardware platform,ready for the algorithm for the strip vibration test. |
