Design Of Smart Home Control System Based On Zigbee And ARM

The technology of wireless communication develops quickly these years, and it makes our lives better and better. However, we are disturbed by the electric cables and so on. Can we complete the short-distance wireless communication? It is complex if we use the existed wireless technology. They waste a lot of resource and the cost is large. In some cases, they are not suited to short-distance wireless communication. This article introduces a wireless-access technology—Zigbee. It is designed to be used where the WSN is used (eg the device of temperature regulator, the controller of lamp, the environment-detect sensor),which is self-organizing, self-repairing, and sense node can join dynamically, alarm automatically. It is widely used in industry, agriculture and our lives.With the development of digital information and network technologies, the use of Embedded System is getting popular in every field. More and more manufacturers select Linux as the Embedded OS because of the powerful function and the open of source.This paper chooses ZigBee as networking method to design the hardware and software and set up the home security wireless communication network, so the users can control the Home Appliances easily. The ARM gateway uses the S3C2410 as the main chip,and it is used to receive and send the command data of Zigbee network. The system consists of the PC software programmed by C#, which allows the users to be able to access the Internet at any place, to control and check all the family. Finally, I research the Stack routing algorithm, and propose the improved algorithm to balance fully the nodes'energy and extents the lifetime of the entire network.
