| With the wide application of the network technology and Internet, and the fast development of FCS and the mature net technologies are adopted into automation, such as: Ethernet, OPC, ActiveX, Web and network security, real-time database, the traditional control system is becoming more open, intelligent, networking and distributing. The industrial automation and the information automation will be merged into the enterprise integrating automation. The remote control will not only developed for process control but also be applied into the enterprise integrating automation, and the latter will greatly expanded the function and application of remote control which includes the process variable remote supervising, debugging, remote control, and filed control instruments remote configuration, remote regulating, remote diagnostics, remote maintenance to the transmission all in the context of RMON.The fast development of Web technology provides the remote control a new way. and it is a popular trend to design an industrial remote supervising and control network. This paper first describes the concept of remote supervising and control system, the development of Internet and the general status of FCS, analyzes the structure of remoter network and brings forward the remote surprising and control system configuration, then discusses the involved technologies such as web application technology, data access technology, communicating under network environment. At last this paper introduces the practical application of the remote supervising and control system to the pipe furnace system, besides an PID parameters control algorithm is also be developed which can regulating the PID parameters on line according to the rules and decision-making, thus realizing the optimal control of the pipe furnace temperature, and the control effect has been validated by practical experiment. |
