| Photoelectric sorters are widely used in detecting and grading of grainy materials. Its application can enhance materials' quality, increase their added value and bring good economic and social benefits. So the research of the photoelectric sorter has the important practical significance.As an important portion of the photoelectric sorter, sorting system is a way to sort and remove infested objects by using photoelectrical technology. The thesis completes the design by carving the sorting system into three parts according to the function which are signal detecting system, sorting control system and air gun driving system.The signal detecting system uses the silicon photoelectric cell as the photoelectric sensor to distinguish infested objects from the falling grainy materials in high speed. The thesis designs light signal collecting circuit; adopts D/A convertor AD8820 and analog multiplier AD834 to design 10-channel programmable gain amplifier; designs signal detecting circuit.The design of sorting control system uses XCS30 FPGA by Xilinx as the core controller to provide parallel high-rate data processing. The thesis constitutes communication protocols with main control system, uses Verilog language to implement data message filter; implements each channel's air gun ejecting delay time adjusting by controlling SRAM's read-write work; implements the time sequence control of AD8820; designs detecting show circuit; implements the driving for detecting show circuit; makes adjustable cycle eject signal to transmit to air gun driving system while receiving data from main control system.Basing upon XC95108 CPLD the air gun driving system receives eject signal from sorting control system; controls the HSV switching in high speed to eject infested objects. The thesis designs driving circuit of HSV; makes driving impulse with CPLD in favor of HSV's fast operation.In the thesis, the hardware description is totally realized in Verilog language and schematic diagram. Using ISE 4.2 software has completed the simulation, synthesis, implementation and configuration of every circuit. By the repeated experiments, the sorting system is completed and meets the thesis. Besides, a prototype is designed for sorting rice, and obtains a good effect. |
