鈽匴ith the development of national economic, the quantity of automobiles increases rapidly in China.At the same time, automobile robbed is so frequent, that it becomes serious social question.Theft-protection System is an effective measure which prevents automobile stealing. To enhance system stability, low false alarm rate and strengthen the security performance, a new proposal for theft-protection system with multi-function is presented based on research on current theft-protection system.鈽匱he paper involves design and the implemention of monitoring video signal encoder IP銆乵onitoring terminal with Nios鈪?multi-processor system and monitoring video signal wireless connection module as well as the test and analysis.鈽åŒ't the begin of the video signal compression encoder, this part takes the video data compression as the starting point, expatiates video data compression strategy in detail, studies the MPEG-4 video compression encoder technology, uses the new movement estimate algorithm and DCT algorithm, designs and implement MPEG-4 video encoder IP, and has custom-made the customer instruction to integrate into in the system.鈽匔onstructing Nios鈪?multi-processor is the key of implementing monitor terminal. This part studies processor system structure and programming model of Nios鈪?firstly, expatiates the entire development flow based on the Nios鈪?multi-processor from hardware and software, has designed multi-processor based on the Nios鈪?multi-processor and realized control section function of theft-protection system.鈽匳ideo signal wireless correspondence is foundation of implementing long-distance monitoring. This part analyzes the GPRS technology firstly, develops the GPRS correspondence plate, has realized SMS receiving and dispatching and designed the video transmission plan. It is studied that the PDU pattern SMS data format and the SMS arranging the decoder. GPRS network transport method is designed. This part also studies streaming media銆丷TP/RTCP and RTSP.At last, this part expatiates the application of streaming media protocol in the system. The test and analysis is the safeguard of monitoring terminal stable movement. This part tests terminal from partial to the whole with experiment method strictly. According to testing, the result is hoped.The paper studies the automobile security firstly, has used the new movement estimate algorithm and DCT algorithm, designed based on FPGA video compression encoder IP, founded based on the Niosâ…¡multi-processor, constructed based on the GPRS video transmission, implemented the function of monitoring, security, control and localization .
