Along with the unceasing development of industrial automation technology and the unceasing enhancement of enterprise informationization level, many enterprises have introduced the manufacturing execution system, which has promoted the management level, enhanced the production efficiency, and has brought the corresponding benefit. At the same time, normal operation of these system proposed to the network a higher request, the enterprise network scale expands unceasingly, the complexity increases unceasingly, the network fault management becomes the essential part in the enterprise entire network system. But for variety of interface of equipment in workshop tier and particularity of product line, the traditional Network Fault Management can not run effectually, Therefore this article studies the workshop level equipment failure management system management system has the extremely vital practical significance.This article take the workshop level equipment fault management as a goal, realizes in the SNMP proxy foundation in the workshop equipment, achieved carries on the real-time management to the workshop level equipment failure the goal, mainly includes following three aspects:1) The realization carries on the unification management to the different type connection workshop level equipment;2) Establishes the reasonable data acquisition mechanism, the optimized correspondence mechanism reduces it to the network band width resources consumption;3) The design removes the acupuncture needle to the workshop level equipment and the production environment fault management system construction.The present paper has studied the related network management technology, in view of the universal network management system management system in the workshop level environment the application insufficiency, to the further expansion which based on the SNMP failure detection, the breakdown polling method carries on, has established the reasonable workshop level equipment failure management system management system model. And the work mainly includes:1) Has carried on the analysis, the induction to the workshop scene mainstream equipment connection type, with emphasis studied the non-IP address each kind of interface equipment with to have the IP address equipment unification management way;2) Carried on the expansion to the traditional breakdown polling method, the union service message data quantity inspected as the object, has designed in view of the workshop level equipment dynamic polling method;3) Proposed the system construction of workshop level network fault management system based on the SNMP, for the produced environment the fault management to provide the valuable reference model.
