Recently, As the motion control technologies progress continually and achieve maturation, motion controller as a Independent industrial products has been used more and more in Various application. And has a noticeable market scale. Motion control originated from early servo control. Simply speaking, motion control is to control the position and speed of machine. Make it to run as the early parameters and preconceived track.With the science technoloty and industry development, The system become more and more complex in the automatic control system. There are more variables to description a system. It often need to control many variables simultaneously. With The wide use of Motion Control Technology in Industrial Control field. Various Controller based on PC is developing very fast. This paper puts forward an embedded Multi-Axis Motion Controller based on kernel of ARM microprocessor.Shaftless drive technology provides a new way in the field of various Multi-Axis mechanical machines. Controller is the core of the Shaftless driving system, and it provides hardware platform to realize the systematic function. It will not only realize the synchronous control of servo motors, but also realize process control with production equipment.with self-developed Shaftless driving system, we can master the key technology , at the same time, it can improve competitiveness on mechanical machines domestically. We designed the controller based on DSP motion control chip and ARM microprocessor. It is important to design the hardware of the system, in order to ensure the logical and time sequence. And then we will test the controller, until it can realize the basic function.Main contents:(1) Analysis architecture and key technology of Shaftless driving system(2) Analysis and develop the motion controller. It can realize fundamental multi-axis synchronous control and provide hardware platform for mechanical machines (3)develop the visible monitoring software which includes drive,relative parameters and functions.(4) Experimental verification. Replace forign Shaftless driving system With developed system, verified the ability of synchronous control.
