Research On Information System Of YKCIQ

With the development of new information technology, as the center of the organizing and issue of national information, each level of the government plays a very important role in the course of the information spreading. It has become the core target of the constructing E-Government to improve the working efficiency of government and change the function of government by information spreading. Since July, 2002, each level of government has been seeking for the way to the information spreading by the new technology in computer and network.The thesis is established under this circumstance to develop YKCIQOI. The program is written in the existing technology, uses J2EE as core, and MVC as model. The thesis focus on the working principle of the Struts frame and the way of how to establish the program.
