With computer technology, EMC technology, sensor technology and the rapid development of information technology and popularization, data acquisition and processing system has been more widely used.Acquisition parameters for the use of this system on the spot.surveillance and recording and analysis, in order to achieve real-time monitoring of the site.Based on the traditional ISA, PCI data acquisition card shown many drawbacks. Along with technological development, Based on the Universal Serial Bus Universal Serial Bus interface has been widely used in the data acquisition program.In this paper, a data acquisition program based on DSP. CPLD and USB for a small instantaneous frequency measurement receiver output frequency of the sampling data coding will be proposed.This system has three characteristic: Programming with flexible configuration is simple, easy to upgrade and strengthen the advantages of scalability.In this paper, first discussed the framework and characteristic of data collection and processing system, then Based on the Instantaneous Frequency Measurement Receivers,as well as to the mode of sampling data formats,the author offers to a project based on high-performance digital signal processor,first-in-first-out memory,complex programmable logic device and Universal Serial Bus interface,and explicatete the various parts of the hardware and the interface between modules,including chip selection, connecting hardware and software programming.This hardware platform based on a frequency of the output frequency receiver code data collection and transmission.And the achievement of the PC sampling data analysis to achieve the desired results.
