In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese economic, constructions of projects are increasing; scientific standard management in the construction processing has become the concerned problem.As the important management tool, computer has been widely applied to various fields of human activity. In the course of the construction involved the construction, capital, machinery, construction log and other factors, how to manage the factors competitive and systemic is the key of construction. Computer is able to exert its advantages of accurate, rapid, and systemic, manages the construction process with standardization. Therefore, utilizing computers to manage the construction process is the inevitable trend of construction management.At present, the management of the construction process is not systemic, under the condition of sub- block and sub-item management, that is, manage respective the staff, capital and machinery, etc. which involved in construction process, and there are effective management software for each item. But holistic, integrated system management software is relatively scarce for all the various factors.To solve this problem, the subject construction management is studied in the paper on the basic of a comprehensive analysis for construction process.As a systemic engineering, construction involves several main factors, including personnel, capital, and machinery and so on. Users need to be able to carry out integrated management for all factors. The construction process is a systematic project, the construction period must in a orderly process according to relevant laws or regulations. Therefore, how to combine the individual projects on integrated management are the focus of the management of the construction process, but also the starting point of this paper.Engineering construction process includes the personnel, fund, and machinery factor in three aspects mainly.Personal: as human construction activities, personnel are the main body of the whole process.As a construction enterprise, has its own corporate staff structure normally, but for a single construction project, personnel structure is usually different from of the enterprise, more or less, including the chief person in charge of construction, chief engineer, engineers, construction personnel, procurement personnel, financial personnel, logistical support personnel and other personnel. Therefore, the same staff for different projects may have two or more of the identity and responsibilities of various positions; it is the different between the construction management and other enterprise personnel management.Funds: the funds are necessarily involved in the construction process, each project has a fixed project budget, the capital expenditure of construction process should in an orderly manner according to the overall budget; at the end of construction, and project settlement and completion settlement are carried out. Therefore, at every stage of the construction process the effective use of funds are involved, in order to ensure the effective utilization of funds and projects carried out successfully, not only should record capital flow, but also be able to settlement at any time during construction processing.Mechanical vehicles: during the construction process, the mechanical vehicles is an important part, not only register the basic information of mechanical vehicles, but also record and statistic application of mechanical, as construction enterprise, machinery vehicles are not same which used in every construction time. Therefore, not only have the overall classification statistical information of machinery, but also have the machinery statistics and the use information for a single project.In addition, there are the material management, construction drawings management, construction logs and other necessary project management during construction process.At present, most construction projects enterprises do not use computer to manage systematic during construction process, even if used, only targeted manage the sub-module such as personnel, capital and machinery. With continuous scale, large-scale of the construction and gradual improvement of the construction market, the investment request more and more on the construction enterprises management. and at present the relative dispersive management models during the construction process has appeared the following gradual problem:1. Because of the lack of systematic management of construction projects, resulting the lack of coordination for personnel, capital and machinery in the course of construction, impacted construction efficiency. This problem is not obvious under the condition of a smaller investment (500 million, that is, the following four level), small staff and plenty of time. But in large-scale construction projects (three or more level), it will seriously affect the construction schedule and even the projects quality. This increased at virtually the difficulty of management.2. In a relatively decentralized management mode, all aspects require full-time managers, increase the number of construction, improve the management costs; At the same time, construction enterprises leaders lack of a whole grasp of the construction process, does not facilitate the overall management of the construction process.3. For construction enterprises, sum up the construction experience is a very important job. Only by constantly sum up experience and improve the construction method in order to enable construction to maintain the competitive edge, not eliminated by market forces. Therefore, records the construction process are very important after each project finished, but because the management of personnel, capital, machinery and materials are not concentrative, the records of the construction process are scattered and lack of unified management, results in the loss of construction experience materials, not ease to sum up the construction experience, impact the progress and development of construction enterprises.With the continuous advancement of computer technology and the rapidly popularizations of internet, in the field of construction, the requirements for construction management system functions have trended to diversified and systematic, mainly in the following areas:1. Remote Access. Leaders can remotely log construction system, operate the system within the scope of authority, in order to know the progress and operation of construction.2. Overall management: Not only manage the information of construction personnel, capital, machinery, but also manage the project information, construction logs, construction drawings, construction materials and so on.3. Receiving and backup of data: Because of the collectivize of construction enterprises, and sometimes need to package system data, and then upload it to another computer in the construction management system, in order to have a unified management to attaching construction enterprises.4. Data security: a lot of engineering require security, such as the information of national defense construction projects. Therefore, the system should have a higher data security; different people have different log authority.In this paper, for the functional requirements of systematic management of construction enterprises during the construction process, analysis detailed the construction management process, take the systematic unity as the traction, and aim to achieve the project's scientific management of the construction process, improve construction efficiency.Specifically, the research topics include:1. For the actual construction process management, analysis of the factors involved personal, capital, machinery and others during the construction process, presented the overall program of construction management system.2. Analyze and Compare the key technology including principles, structure and function implementation of C/S model and B/S model, such as implementation of the principle. Consider the maintainability, scalability, and easy updates of system, B/S model is a more satisfactory model, and, with the advent of the Internet age, B/S is the preferred model, therefore, B/S model is selected in our system development.3. Analyzed detailed the user demand of the construction management system, and on this basis, designed a system structure based on the database, designed function and structure of the storage systems and all modules in detail.4. B/S model is selected to construct the system, and affecting performance is tested and analyzedThere are five chapters in this paper.Chapter I: Take the demand of the systematic management for construction as the traction, analyze existing construction management models, based on the existence shortcomings and inadequacies, and analyze construction management.Chapter II: Based on the introduction of the project construction management, from the principle, structure, function, analyzed and compared B/S and C/S model, B/S mode was selected to design the system.Chapter III: Detailed analyzed the function and structure of the project management system module, based on this, designed the whole construction management system.Chapter IV: coded the construction management system based on the B/S model, detailed decrypted the function principle and the implementation process of each module.Chapter V: The job had to do summing up the prospects for future development.
