| The construction of electricity grid always combines with complexity of operation, lack of manpower assigned and huge difficulty for management, the management efficiency and cost will hold direct effects on cost amortization and profit during construction period. As a response to the enlarged grid construction investment and demand for integrated project control, the grid company initiates a new task of the"from blueprint to completion"full life cycle management of grid construction, implication of the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system has just satisfied the demand. This thesis chose a local power company which successfully implemented the ERP system as example to illustrate the key areas during design and implementation, and can be used as precedent for other power companies. |
