The Design And Implementation Of Party Affairs Management System Of Suzhou University Of Science And Technology

At present, with the rapid development of information technology, party affairs supervisory work is restricted to the accumulation of written documents and simple statistics. The party affairs work must gradually be introduced into the modern science and technology as well as the modern management methods to realize the application of its scientific style and modernization, and must take lead to adopt the strategy of strengthening the nation and the Party through science and technology.The university party affairs supervisory work centers upon Party member's organization development and the organization development work works mainly by processing the organization development of Party members and belongs to the typical treating process facing the operation flow.Taking Suzhou University of Science and Technology as a background, this thesis uses the MVC pattern to carry on the design, selects SQL SERVER2000 as the backstage database, JBuilder2005 as the development kit, based on the J2EE structure, has designed and realized one university party affairs management system to have an effective management of all steps in party affairs supervisory work for the Party members, the probationary Party members and the applicants for the Party. In different periods of the organization development process, the party affairs workers are playing different roles, have different authority access. Therefore, the system has practiced the control of the users' accesses to the system by the role-basis access control technology. At present this system has been put into practice at Suzhou University of Science and Technology and has achieved favorable effects and has standardized and strengthened the school party affairs supervisory work.This thesis, after the screening and comparison of the popular Web development technology, chooses the J2EE structure as system's overall structure. The system uses the MVC pattern to carry on the development, has achieved three parts of separation including the view, the control and the model, and results in more convenient software's development and maintenance. According to the party affairs work's characteristics, party affairs management system should use the B/S pattern as the third-level structure, and take SQL SERVER2000 as the backstage database. In different periods of the organization development process, the party affairs worker is playing the different role, and has the different access authority. Therefore party affairs management system should use role- basis access control technology to realize the control of the user's access authority to the system. At present party affairs management system has received good effects in the application, but it has many weak points due to such factors as time, etc.The thesis mainly introduces the development background, the detailed need analysis of party affairs management of Suzhou University of Science and Technology based on the development background and the system's need analysis, and has a complete elaboration of the functions and the development process of this system. The thesis centers on illustrating focus points of the system design, the design concept, the difficult technology and solutions and finally comes to the summary of the whole thesis.
