The experiment was conducted in 2001~2003 to study on industrial structure of agriculture actuality, problems and optimize regulate of HanTing County, the most results were as following: 1 The actuality of HanTing county agricultural structure regulationIn 2002, total rural economics income of the county was 406057 ten thousand yuan, agriculture total production value was 90102 the thousand yuan, increased rater per annual was 10.6% and 6.2%, respectively. In HanTing county, stock raising was very advanced, tatal value of stockbreeding in 1993 was 14452 the thousand yuan, but in 2002 was 33414 the thousand yuan, stockbreeding was a very important domain in HanTing. Inner planting industry, the area of foodstuff crops was declined, but area of economics crops and else crops were increased. Crops varieties were also regulated, compared to 1993, in 2002, the rate of high quality variety of maize and wheat was raised 12.2% and 5.7%.In Hanting, seawater breed aquatics was very advanced, in 2002, breed aquatics area was 4333hm~2,production was increased 786.8t/year, but the development of freshwater breed aquatics was very slowly. In 2002, farmers were drived by leading enterprises was 2.9 ten thousand, about 40% of total farmers in HanTing County.2 Problems and restrict factors in agricultural structure regulation of HanTing County(l)Manufacture structure is singleness, variety and quality of primary products could not satisfy the great need of demos living;(2)Machining degree of primary products are not high, machining industries are dropped behind.(3)Management fashions are got behind, so scale management could not formed;(4)Scientific layout of agricultural district distribution is scared, development of every villages and towns is not very stand out.(5)Government management take no advantage of regulate industrial structure.(6)Mart growth is distemperedness, so restrict the development of industrial structure regulation. 3.countermeasures of HanTing County agricultural structure regulation(l)develop super industry;(2)develop leading enterprises;(3)push agricultural standardization;(4)perfect profit harmonize mechanism;(5)leading enterprises should connect with foreign industries;(6)turn countryman into citizen quickly.
