Research On The Integration And Development Of Rural 123 Industries In Hanting District

In the past decade of the new era,China has made significant breakthroughs in the development of agriculture,with a significant increase in rural residents’ income and a significant improvement in farmers’ professional and technical abilities.The priority position of agricultural and rural development is increasingly prominent.However,there are still many constraints to agricultural development at present.The production cost of agriculture is increasing year by year,agricultural non-point source pollution is becoming increasingly serious,and the pressure on farmers to increase income is increasing.Therefore,it is necessary to address the structural issues of agricultural and rural development,and solve development bottlenecks through agricultural transformation and upgrading.The integration of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries is an important path to achieve agricultural transformation and upgrading.The integrated development of rural primary,secondary,and tertiary industries can enable rural areas to share the dividends brought by industrial integration,which is conducive to cultivating new industries,technologies,and formats in rural areas,expanding more agricultural functions to achieve greater economic and social value,and promoting the extension of the agricultural industry chain to increase employment and the value of the entire industry chain.Hanting District,Weifang City has a very good foundation in rural primary,secondary,and tertiary industries,but it also exposes some problems in industrial development.Although the advantages and exposed problems of various industries are relatively easy to summarize,the level of integration quality,as well as the shortcomings and problems that need to be solved as soon as possible,require analysis,summary,and improvement.This article analyzes the basic conditions for the integration of rural primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in Hanting District,Weifang City by collecting relevant literature and combining existing research results,and sorts out the problems that arise during the integration process.Based on the actual situation of Hanting District,Weifang City,this article selected 2 first level indicators,5 second level indicators,and 20 third level indicators to evaluate the integration and development of rural primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.Data on the corresponding indicators of Hanting District,Weifang City from 2011 to 2020 were collected,organized,and used.The entropy method is used to calculate the weight of indicators,the comprehensive scores of each indicator,and the comprehensive evaluation index of the subsystem.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows: through the comprehensive evaluation score of the analysis indicators,the overall indicator score of the rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration in Hanting District has maintained an upward trend,indicating that the level of the rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration in Hanting District is developing on the whole,but there are relatively large weaknesses in some key indicators,and the rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration in Hanting District still has broad prospects for development.Through the problems existing in the development of various rural industries in Hanting District and the objective problems revealed by the integration evaluation results,the following suggestions are put forward for the integration development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Hanting District: give play to the leading role of enterprises and projects,and expand the agricultural industry chain;Develop new agricultural business entities and cultivate new driving forces for rural development;Accelerate the development of "agriculture+tourism" and create agricultural characteristic brands;Deepen the reform of property rights system and stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in industrial integration;Multi channel investment and financing for rural industries to promote "Internet plus" modern agriculture;Improve the industrial integration development plan,form a feasible top-level design,and promote the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries to achieve high-quality development.
