Analysis On Electric Power Demand Forecasting And Study On Development Countermeasures In Hebei Province

At present, with the economy in our country entering an up-to-date stage, the major problem we have to face is how to strengthen electric power demand forecasting and the planning of electric power in order to make power industry develop in harmony with national economy. The author forecasts the electric power demand of future 5 years in Hebei province by combining gray forecasting technology and branch industry theory according to the characteristics of power demand under the new economic situation. And what's more, the thesis puts forward a series of suggestions about the development of Hebei electric power through studying the factors which affect Hebei electric demand and revising the forecasting value. At the same time the thesis analyzes the influence which the development of electric power has on economy and comes up with a practical programme about how to promote the economic development in Hebei province.
