The Study On The Comprehensive Evaluation On The Cultural Construction Of Power Supply Enterprises

Based on the researches on culture-construction theories of power supply enterprises and comprehensive evaluation methods, the study on the comprehensive evaluation on the cultural construction of power supply enterprises (abbreviated as CCPSE) is carried out in this dissertation. Firstly the characteristics and nature of CCPSE are discussed, on the basis of which the evaluation system of CCPSE is established, including 50 indexes. Secondly, the study on the model and method of CCPSE is carried out, in which the fuzzy evaluation method has been adopted according to the analysis to six common comprehensive evaluation methods, the concrete procedures have been designed and the weight of each index in the system has been fixed. Thirdly the practical application of the comprehensive evaluation method of CCPSE is went on to evaluate and compare the 2000 and 2004 cultural construction conditions of Baoding Power Supply Corporation separately for the purpose of analyzing the problems and proposing the plan for improvement. Finally the constructive measures are suggested to set up a culture of power supply enterprises with Chinese characteristics in 21st century.
