With the advancement of science and technology and social development,the power industry has become a pillar to support my country’s economic development and ensure the production and life of residents.In the production and operation of the power grid,there are many factors that can cause power grid failures,which endanger the security of the power grid and affect the reliability of electricity consumption.With the continuous improvement of the grid voltage level,the continuous increase in the number of power users,and the popularization of automation equipment,the security issues in the power industry have become more and more prominent.Modern safety management theory has been applied to all walks of life.The safety management of power supply enterprises is the basic work to ensure the safety and stability of enterprises,and the use of scientific evaluation methods to evaluate the current safety management status of enterprises is the premise of effective safety management.First of all,this paper conducts in-depth study on the safety management theory and the current research status of safety management evaluation of power supply enterprises at home and abroad,enriches the theoretical basis,and learns advanced experience to determine the research ideas and methods of this paper;secondly,using the "4M" theory,The factors affecting the safety management of power supply enterprises are analyzed from the four aspects of personnel,equipment,environment and management,and the evaluation index system is constructed,and the included indexes are explained to make the evaluation index system more comprehensive and scientific;then,the judgment matrix is determined by expert scoring.,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight value of each evaluation index in the index system,at the same time,introducing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method into the safety management evaluation,using the questionnaire data to calculate the membership degree of each evaluation index,and obtaining each evaluation index through fuzzy transformation.The hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation vector can get the evaluation results more intuitively,and reduce the influence of subjective factors on the evaluation accuracy to a certain extent,making the evaluation results more scientific.,apply the research results to practice,summarize and summarize the problems found in the safety management evaluation,and put forward relevant improvement suggestions,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the safety management level,thereby verifying the reliability and correctness of the research results.It is hoped that It can contribute to the safety production management of other units.
