The Research Of Strategies Of Utilizing The Foreign Capitals In Hebei Province In Initial Stage Of WTO Entry

This thesis analyses the favorable and adverse effect on utilizing foreign capitals resulted from WTO Entry on the basis of introduction of the current situation of economy and development of society of Hebei province at first, then sums up and summarizes the major problems and reasons of utilizing the foreign capitals in initial stage of WTO Entry, and then the author probes how Hebei province changes its strategy of utilizing the foreign capitals mainly from start with four respects of scale, form, trend, efficiency in the face of this opportunity WTO Entry, seize the opportunity and meet the challenge, plan and predict the scale that the whole province utilize the foreign capitals by setting up the model of predicting and various kinds of scientific theories, decide the main form of the foreign capitals by using the theory analyses and the historical data, strengthen the guide to the trend of the foreign capitals toward optimizing the structure of industry, and adjust the administrative management organization to improve the efficiency of the foreign capitals.
