Research On The International Business Problem Of House Electronic Industry In China

It is been 26 years for China undertaking reform and opening-up, and it makes a remarking performance in the world. China begins to develop the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), while it absorbs FDI to promote the economic growth. International Enterprises is the basic main body of one country's FDI.It is one of signs to measure one country's economic level that a lot of International Enterprises go out of one country and develop the FDI.It needs us to advocate and motivate china entrepreneurs to go out of the country and participate the global competition on the stage.It is surrounded with why enterprises develop the international business and whether enterprises are able to do it for the traditional theoretical research of the enterprise's international business. This paper uses a new angle of view about entrepreneurship, which it daps the traditional FDI theoretical angle of view. The paper considers that it is the reason of the enterprise's international business to pursue the excess profit and strategic competitiveness, and it is the condition of the enterprise's international business that entrepreneurship resource and international innovation.This paper makes them clear by research as follows: (1) It is of a new meaning that makes a research about the reasons and conditionsof the enterprise's international business from the entrepreneurship angle of view.Because the traditional international business theory don't make a research aboutthe function of entrepreneurship in the international business; and the traditionalentrepreneurship theory ignore the analysis in utility for the corporateinternational business problems.(2) It reshapes the entrepreneurship theory by four dimensions and their relations,including entrepreneurship resource, innovation, outer environment and competitive advantage. And it points out clearly that entrepreneurs pursue the enterprise's competitive advantage by the dynamic effect of the innovation investment, based on the entrepreneurship resource and under an optimal environment, finally a new firm can be evolved into a large corporation.(3) On the basic of the new entrepreneurship theory, I advance a proposition that a domestic enterprise is evolved into an international enterprise. In an optimalenvironment, outer market opportunities pull domestic entrepreneurs grow into international entrepreneurs. In order to get the strategic competitiveness and excess profit, the domestic entrepreneurship resource needs to change into the international entrepreneurship resource, and the domestic innovation needs to change into international innovation. In the process it is outer environment to breed the international entrepreneurship that a good society environment, and it is the footstone to develop the international business that the competitive advantage in the domestic market.(4) It analyzes connected the Chandler's model with the new entrepreneurship theory that the international entrepreneur in the house electronic industry in China develop the innovation investment, specially strategic innovation and organizational innovation, on the basis of the international entrepreneurship, and they make a better international performance.(5) Government needs to create a good outer environment to breed the china international entrepreneur and develop the enterprise's international business from the angle of strategy, system innovation, lawmaking and guarantee-system construction, education and culture, etc.
