Along with the economic globlization, competition among the corporations is intensified. Companies will encounter many challenges and opportunities as well. The international strategic alliance is an important means for companies to survive under competitve conditions. Therefore, the international strategic alliance has been the focus since the 80th of the 19th century.The author mainly makes the research of the type of the strategic alliances, and analyses the benefits that the strategic alliances do to the corporations and industries in this essay. And what's more, the writer manages to find the way to develop the high-tech industry quickly in the developing countries where the science and technology bases are weak.The key object of the research is the mobile phone manufature industry. The conclusion of this research is that if the native companies make use of the opportunity which is the multinational corporations are willing to exchange the core technology for the huge potential market in China, the native high-tech companies will have the chance to grow up fast. Then, the native corporations can take the advantage of strategic alliances to learn the crucial technology, produce the ending products, and occupy the market ahead of the rivals. This pattern can help us to set up our own high-tech manufacturing industry quickly. However, the fault of this developing manner is that the native companies will rely on their partner for the coreproducts. Once these foreign partners want to interfere in the market, the situation of the native firms is very dangerous. The case in point is the mobile phones manufacturing industry of our country. The author also gives the solutions to the problem in the paper, that is, the local companies import the critical products, and at the same time, the importing companies should absorb these knowledge, and use them freely first. Then, the more important thing is to make creations on the base of the core knowledge. The purpose of the creation is that the importing companies can make the core products themselves according to their creations. This conclusion can be applied to the relative industries, such as 3C .There are three parts in the essay. The first part is about the theory of the international strategic alliances. The second part is about the process of the strategic alliance, and also there is one case study of Sony-Ericssion. The third part of the essay is that the China mobile phone manufactures make international alliance with the multinational corporations to make up the shortage of technology .The author analyses how the Chinese mobile phone manufacturers make use of the international alliances to change the resources with the foreign corporations in the two developing stages of the mobile phone manufacturing industry in this part. In the last, the author draws a conclusion on the development of the mobile phone manufacture industry, so that other relative industries can have the lesson of this developing pattern. The experience and lesson drown from the research is also the creative idea of this paper.
