Research On The Development Strategy Of High-tech Enterprises In Wuhan From The Perspective Of Alliance

High-tech industry is the strategic development of the national economy as a whole.It is an important cornerstone to promote the transformation of economic structure and adjust the industrial structure.In the first few decades of the twenty-first century,accelerating the development of high-tech industry is one of the most important missions which is aimed to enhance our comprehensive strength and achieve strategic layout.Since the 1990s,due to the complex competitive environment,more and more high-tech enterprises began to have strategic adjustment under the fierce competition condition from the opposing competition to a wide range of cooperative competition(Co-operation),among which establishing Strategic Alliance(Strategic Alliance)is one of the most important way.On the basis of consulting a large amount of literature,this paper mainly studies the cooperative development of high-tech enterprises in Wuhan based on the theory of strategic alliance.On the theoretical explanation of strategic alliance,from the theory of industrial organization,the theory of transaction cost,the value Chain theory and other related theoretical perspectives to demonstrate the feasibility of the alliance.In the necessity of the alliance,the author analyzes the present situation of the development of high-tech enterprises in Wuhan,the competitiveness of different industries and different high-tech zones,and the transformation of patented technology still has some problems.Secondly,the evolutionary game model is introduced to demonstrate the synergistic effect of the alliance,and the effect of 1 + 1 is greater than 2 is realized.At the same time,the external driving factors and internal driving factors of Wuhan High-and then turning to the strategic alliance is to improve the competitiveness of high-tech enterprises in Wuhan City,the inevitable choice.This paper makes a typical study on the current situation of the alliance with the actual situation of the strategic alliance of high-tech enterprises in Wuhan,and obtains the basic operation frame of the enterprise strategic alliance.In order to improve the success rate of the alliance and use the goal hierarchy analysis method in order to find their own strength,cultural and compatible with the ideal partner,which is conducive to both sides of the communication.Trust is aimed to improve the performance level of the Union and improve the success rate of the Union.Finally,the paper puts forward the new organizational form of the strategic alliance of enterprises in Wuhan City in the current economic environment of the inspiration and reference,while the future research direction for the future describe a view to actively participate in international Division of labor and competition of Wuhan high-tech enterprises,speed up technological progress and innovation,as well as improve the efficiency of enterprise management for providing theoretical basis and decision-making reference.In short,the author combined with the previous analysis of the framework of the strategic alliance of high-tech enterprises in Wuhan City,from the perspective of enterprises and governments.It puts forward the best effect of the alliance in line with the relevant policy recommendations,which was targeted to demonstrate the alliance for high-tech enterprises in Wuhan to improve innovation ability and core competitive advantage on this new way.The efficiency of high-tech enterprises will improve and have a reference significance after the enterprise competition theory.
