Research Of The Perishable High-tech Products Revenue Management Decision Support System

Revenue management is the management science technology to manage the revenue of perishable products and service. Revenue management system is a computer system implementing the idea of revenue management, which is an important tool to manage the revenue by the enterprises who produces perishable high-tech products. Based on the analysis of decision objective of implementing revenue management technology to high-tech products, a detailed analysis is made to the characteristics of implement it. A decision making support system is needed to solve the semi-structurized problem of implementing revenue management. And then the function groups for the system is identified, then detailed analysis and design is made for each function group.Because of the complexity and long design cycle for the system, this paper focuses on dynamic pricing and mainly analyzes and designs the dynamic pricing module by considering the impact of batch purchase and deferred payment in real cases. At the same time revised function is put forward and some analysis of research direction for implementation of data warehouse technology, on line analytical processing technology, as well as data mining technology is made. And some envision is made to the development of the revenue management system.In summary, this paper provides some theoretical and practical foundation for the implement of revenue management to perishable high-tech products.
