Competitions from the market and the uncertainty of customers' requirements speed up the increase of uncertain factors in the internal and external environments of enterprises. The pricing methods applied to the common products can not satisfy the pricing requirements of perishable high-tech products, so lowering prices seems to become the frequently-used competition way by traders, the consequence of which is the great loss of retailers, especially those from high-tech enterprises with high cost. The subject on how to make out feasible prices by high-tech enterprises to keep from the abominable competitions and at the same time make feasible high-tech products sell well in the competitions has become an urge one in both theoretical field and practical field.The revenue management has been the efficient tool in solving the problems of price of perishable products and other relevant problems in the recent ten years. It optimizes the enterprises' existing resources by scientific prediction of market requirements and reasonable prices without increasing costs. Firstly it is widely used in such service industry as aviation and gets good results, and then it is gradually applied in other service industry: hotel, medical treatment, tourism, railway transportation, car rental, and broadcasting.
