Tourism is the characteristic of a little investment, good benefit and high profit, especially it promotes the development of economy direct and indirectly. So all of countries are attach importance to tourism. During a long times, tourism in our country develops rapidly, it is increasing steadily at present. This article analyzes and researches the tourist market in Liaoning province , first expounds the background of the tourist market and sums up the theory and characteristic all of the world including china and the others countries. Secondly, the paper analyzes the strengths ,weaknesses,opportunities and threats about the tourism development in Liaoning province. Thirdly, this paper studies the foreign tourist market and domestic tourist market of Liaoning province. The two markets have much potential. Based on the studies, this article also forecasts the tourist market scale of two angles: the number of tourist and the total tourism income. In the end, put forward the strategy about tourist marketing of Liaoning province. The main development contents include hotspring tour, holiday tour, network tour, the education of life tour, industry tour, agricultural ecological tour, convention and exhibition tour seven tourist markets, what's more, should change ideas, develop green marketing, network marketing and culture marketing and make the tourism healthy and sustainable develop.
