With the development of economy,the improvement of people's living standard,the enhancement of consumption ability,the change of life quality and consumption concept,as well as the convenience of transportation conditions,tourism has developed vigorously.More and more people are looking to outbound tourism.Many countries have incorporated tourism into their national strategies.Therefore,the analysis of inbound tourist market has become indispensable.This paper selects 20 main inbound tourist sources in Shandong province as the research object,and makes use of 2003-2017 years relevant data to analyze the inbound tourist source market in Shandong Province.Firstly,from three aspects of the development characteristics,development course and basic conditions of the development of inbound tourism in Shandong Province,the development of inbound tourism in Shandong is analyzed.Then,using a variety of mathematical models from the market characteristics,market space-time structure changes in the source market analysis,found that the main source market traffic changes with time,the overall view of Shandong Province Inbound Tourism market structure is better than the national average,but the structure deviation component value is low,the future needs to focus on improving the development of structural benefits.From the specific source market analysis,Shandong's dominant market is still South Korea,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan,the Japanese market has become a declining market,India,Indonesia,the Philippines,Thailand,Switzerland market base is poor.The countries with high tourist growth rates in Shandong Province are Hong Kong and Macao,Thailand,France,Russia,Australia and New Zealand.It is worth noting that the market share of other countries or regions is also rising,indicating that the structure of inbound tourism market in Shandong Province has been further diversified.Thirdly,the grey Prediction model is used to predict the scale of inbound tourist tourists in Shandong province in 2018-2022,and the results show that under the ideal situation,the scale of inbound tourists in Shandong will continue to grow steadily.Finally,the corresponding suggestions are put forward,hoping to provide reference for the development of inbound tourism in Shandong Province.
